All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods, such as new releases or holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Orders are sent via Royal Mail (UK and International) or equivalent courier services. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply once your order reaches its destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs at checkout.

 

Delivery & Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier but are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for postal delays, customs processing, or any circumstances beyond my control once the package has been dispatched.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items

While all items are packaged with care, I am not liable for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs during transit. If you would like additional security, tracked and/or insured shipping options are available at checkout.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of printed materials (zines, prints, and photography items), all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or damaged. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if you experience an issue, and I will do my best to resolve it.
